At Auto Aura we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The return must be initiated within 3 days of the original purchase date.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process the return.
Note: Certain items are non-returnable. These include Radiant Lift Pro
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Prepare Your Package: Safely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item(s).
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [insert number] days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, or items purchased during special promotions, are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at autoaurax@gmail.com.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a description and photos of the damage or defect. We will provide further instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund.
